Located in Verona, Italy, on the site of the Parco Cesare Lombroso along the Fiume Adige, this third-year studio project delves into the design of urban interventions within the fabric of the city. The design process involves developing a parti through the drawing constructed or collage. Once a parti was developed, it would be edited by examination of the history and palimpsest of the site including the surrounding Roman fortification wall, churches, medieval ruins along the river and under burmed up land, and a secondary school designed by architect Libero Cecchini.

The program includes a gallery of the river, ruins, and wall, administrative offices and breakroom, curator office and studio, entry and lobby, a machine selected from Diderot book drawings, an auditorium with reception, and a tower or obelisk.
